Starting her career in hospitality and retail management, Jen spent 10 years in sales and business development working closely with NHS libraries and departments and as the national contract and account manager for several public sector institutions. After moving back to Cumbria to be nearer family in 2020, she now manages the business development and administration functions for CCL.
Outside work, Jen loves to cook with her partner and shop with her daughter.
